This Website does not process online payments, and no fee is charged for browsing or submitting an enquiry. This policy explains how Lexivon Advisory Services LLP approaches fees, cancellations, and refunds for professional services engaged separately (off-website), following your enquiry.
1. Engagement of services
Professional service fees, scope, and payment terms are agreed separately in writing (for example, via a quotation, invoice, or engagement letter) after Lexivon confirms your requirements. The terms on this page apply to that off-website engagement, unless a more specific written agreement between you and Lexivon states otherwise.
2. Cancellation
- You may request to cancel a service before Lexivon has commenced substantive work (for example, before a government filing, application, or submission has been made) by writing to contact@lexivon.in.
- Once government filings, applications, or submissions have been initiated using information or documents you provided, cancellation may not be possible, as third-party government fees are typically non-refundable once paid to the relevant department.
3. Refunds
- Professional fees already earned for work completed (for example, document preparation, advisory time, filings submitted) are non-refundable.
- Any refund of unearned or unused fees, where applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and communicated in writing.
- Government or statutory fees paid on your behalf to any department, portal, or authority are non-refundable by Lexivon, as these are collected and retained by the relevant government body, not Lexivon.
4. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email contact@lexivon.in with your name, the service engaged, and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge such requests within a reasonable timeframe and resolve them fairly.
5. Changes to this policy
Lexivon may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Final refund and cancellation terms for actual client engagements should be confirmed in the specific engagement letter.
