This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website (www.lexivon.in), why we collect it, and how you can contact us about it.

This website is an informational business website. It does not host client accounts, document uploads, or online payments. The only personal data we collect through the website is what you choose to share via our enquiry form, email, or WhatsApp.

1. Information we collect

  • Enquiry form data: name, email address, phone number, service of interest, and any message you provide.
  • WhatsApp/email correspondence: information you share when you contact us directly.
  • Automatically collected data: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via server logs and analytics/cookies, used only in aggregate to improve the website.

2. Purpose of collection

We use your information solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and provide information about our services;
  • Contact you regarding the service you have expressed interest in;
  • Maintain records required for client onboarding once you engage us (handled separately from the website, under our client engagement terms);
  • Improve website performance and security.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Legal basis and consent

By submitting the enquiry form, you provide your consent for Lexivon to process your personal data for the purpose stated at the point of collection, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian law. 4. Data sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Our internal team members handling your enquiry;
  • Service providers who help us operate the website and process enquiry submissions, specifically:
    — Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) — website hosting, content delivery network, and Cloudflare Workers runtime that serves this site and processes form submissions;
    — Resend, Inc. (United States) — transactional email delivery; Resend's infrastructure may process and store enquiry data (including your name, email address, and message) outside India.
    We have assessed these processors' data protection practices as part of our DPDP Act obligations and maintain signed data processing agreements with these providers where applicable.
  • Government or regulatory authorities where required by law.

We do not share your data with third parties for their independent marketing use.

5. Data retention

We retain enquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to your query and, where you become a client, in accordance with our client records and applicable statutory retention requirements. You may request earlier deletion subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (secure hosting, HTTPS encryption, restricted access) to protect the personal data we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies

8. Your rights
